Delivery is asynchronous and document-based by default. Written intake is required. Evidence submission is bounded and aligned to declared categories.

• Work begins with a Standards Declaration; no evaluation proceeds without one.
• Scope is fixed prior to evidence review; no mid-engagement expansion is permitted.
• Clarification, if needed, is written and bounded.
• Meetings are not assumed; they are available only when requested and scoped separately.
